As the owner of Nucci Salon & Spa, Phyllis is at the helm of our Elite Staff. She has over 30 years of experience in the industry. While she started as a Barber, she went back to school for Cosmetology. She became certified in over 12 Facial types and trained in New York with many Color companies. Her passion and ambition show for themselves, she owns and runs one of Baltimore’s Best Salons where her 20 employees continue to set industry standards every day.

Phyllis takes pride in Nucci Salon & Spa being a family-owned and run business. She shares ownership with her husband Terence. And their daughter Maria has recently joined the Nucci team. She embodies a culture where if you are in her four walls at Nucci, you are family. Phyllis always wants to deliver the best quality services and the cultivation of positivity and her Salon definitely drives that success.

As a co-owner, Terence brings what separates Nucci Salon & Spa apart from other Salons in the area. He specializes in Holistic Energy Healing and is a certified Reiki (energy healing) master. He too, boasts 30+ years in the industry, and his expertise allows our clients to heal from the inside out, through mind, body and spirit.

Licensed since 2019, Maria’s passion for beauty began long before that. She started her journey in the industry at just 16, working alongside her mom, Phyllis, the owner of the salon, and quickly fell in love with helping clients look and feel their best. Specializing in color, Maria takes pride in creating custom looks that bring her clients’ visions to life. She also loves educating her guests on healthy hair care routines and the right products to maintain their results.

Whether she’s behind the chair or working on a bridal party, Maria’s favorite part of her job is making people feel confident, beautiful, and special—especially on life’s biggest days.

Morgan is the friendly face who welcomes you as soon as you walk through our doors. As our receptionist, she’ll get you checked in, settled, and ready for your appointment. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, Morgan helps set the tone for a relaxing and seamless experience at our salon. Morgan is also now accepting Wax Clients

Hi, I’m Concetta — but you can call me Connie! I am a
licensed Cosmetologist with more than 25 years experience, and nothing brings me more happiness than helping my client feel completely comfortable, confident, and at home while we perfect your look together.
I specialize in modern, customized precision haircuts, as well as hair color and permanent waves. My goal is always to create beautiful, wearable hair that still looks amazing long after you leave the salon. I’m passionate about staying current with the latest techniques and trends, which is why I continuously pursue advanced education in the beauty industry.
I also have experience working with special needs children and strive to create a calm, patient, and welcoming environment where every guest feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I understand that every child has unique needs, and I take pride in making haircuts a positive experience for both children and their families.
When I’m not behind the chair mixing color or shaping layers, you’ll usually find me crafting, gardening, tending to my pond, or relaxing with my family by the fire pit or pool while listening to music. I’ve been married to my husband for 28 years, and together we have three amazing boys. I also love cooking and experimenting with new recipes whenever I can.
